Please have references on hand for easy access, at least one visual reference. Also include descriptions regarding your character's personality/mood/aesthetic you're looking for.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Modifying my art is not allowed.

I will draw with my own art style, I will not imitate any other style or change my own for any commission

i can draw some kind of nsfw but nothing too explicit (mostly nudity or something a little spicy)

some prices may vary acording to the complexity

You can negotiate the price only if it is necessary, and if I agree

advance payments with the possibility of negotiating 50/50 (50% before starting the commission 50% after finishing the commission)

I will not return money after receiving payment, make sure you really want the commission

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working (if it's applicable)

all payments through Paypal or Bolivares

my art will not be used for NFTs even if the client has purchased the commercial rights to the commission.

The client may use the commission for personal uses, if they wish to use it for commercial purposes it will have to be discussed in advance

As an artist I maintain the rights to the drawing but not to the characters or ideas of the illustration (if is applicable)

If the commission is published on social media, credits must be given to the artist (me)

You may not trace, recolor, copy or claim the artwork as your own, or remove my signature or watermark.

I will start working on the commission after payment and depending on the commissions queue

i will send two revisions before sending the final result These will include: a sketch with the general idea (sketch with flat color if is necessary) and the lineart (I usually work with grayscale so I won't send the lineart with flat color)

You can make changes and add things when I send these two "revisions" (lineart being the last possibility to make changes)

I will not make complicate changes when the commission is more advanced.

Small projects typically range between 2-3 weeks

more detailed/complex projects can take between 2-3 months
